· General Information
- Five Continents International Trade Co.,LTD only offer the products in top quality with box, card, keychain, tag, label etc.. - All the products are brand new in their original packing unless other noted.
-All goods must be paid in full before shipping.
· Return/Exchange
-We do not offer refunds! ONLY store credit! -We only offer store credits on goods that are brand new and in the condition that we sent. -Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I dont want the goods anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, color of goods are darker or lighter, the sizes are not fit. -Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong goods or sizes sent, factory defect on goods. - If the items have any problem, please take the pics for our inspection. We will send the new ones to you for free. -Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of receiving the goods to get an exchange on the goods. -If your goods are accepted for exchange, we will notify you with instructions on how to mail them back to us.
-We don't provide your country's official tax. You can get the compensation when something wrong with the shipping company unless you pay extra to get the insurance.
· Shipping & Delivery
-For the shipping carrier we will use depends on where you are located, usually we use EMS shipping(USPS). -You will recieve a tracking number from us after 1-3 days.
-Five Continents International Trade Co.,LTD is in no way responsible for any actions customs that take against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is Nothing we can do and you WILL NOT be offered a refund! -All packages must be signed for. If no one pick up the package, then it will be held until you sign for the package. -In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
